Tactics vs. Strategy would obviously rely on not just hiring a kid (’cause all the kids are doing it) but understanding Twitter is not texting and Facebook Fan Pages are not just ‘Brochure’ web sites – well, they can easily be, but why? Making the connection means participation – not just presence. As with any business/social relationship – it takes time, trust and … oh, what’s another good ‘t’ word? Tactics? But first – strategy. I think you mentioned that.
