Definitively called the ‘weirdest contest ever’ here. Sparked a conversation about Killam Properties here. A Facebook group in support of landing a guy a free year of rent here. Couple of observations:
- This all started with insights delivered by Closer to the Customer.
- This is a small market. This is a very tiny part of the world. Does this make it easier or harder for viruses to spread?
- What do 13″ sink plungers have to do with renting apartments? Nothing… until about 3 weeks ago.
- Viruses are unpredictable by nature. We cannot know how / where / why / when / if they will spread. If we did, we would call them something else.
