Laura was once the kid getting in trouble for talking too much in class. Not one to be discouraged, she embraced her affinity for connecting with others. Coupled with a love of writing, planning, strategy and problem-solving, her communicative streak ultimately paid off in the form of a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University.

A communications chameleon, Laura believes variety is the spice of life. She has applied her skills in a variety of settings including business improvement, federal government, high-end retail, theatre and health and wellness.

Laura likes making things happen both inside and out of the office. Some of her favourite creations come out of her kitchen and you can find her in the gym most mornings before sunrise. On the mornings she’s not there, you can bet she spent the evening prior with a good glass of wine.
