We’re on the hunt for a ridiculously talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our agency full-time. Although we are located in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, we support WFH or hybrid work arrangements. You’ll work closely with marketing strategists, developers, and other designers as part of a cross-functional team to visually bring digital strategies to life.

You can:

Create incredible web interfaces that are both beautiful and functional, backed up by strong rationale and design thinking
Understand the importance of measurement, results, and conversion as it applies to the interfaces and campaigns you develop
Design all components of targeted digital advertising campaigns working in conjunction with manufacturing marketing strategists
Bring our clients’ brands to life online and off
Work closely with front and back end developers to craft amazing digital experiences
Write and speak with confidence

I’d be even cooler if you:

Design to inclusive standards, ensuring that accessibility is never an afterthought
Have an interest in service design and usability
Have previously worked in an agency, and dealt directly with clients
Understand and revel in the limitations and opportunities inherent when designing for the web
Bring other talents to the table such as but not limited to animation, illustration, or 3D modeling

Salary + Benefits

Salary range starting at: $75,000 annual, commensurate with experience
