As an innovator in the competitive machine-to-machine marketplace, Aeris is well known for simplifying the Internet of Things with its extensive assortment of cellular technologies and offerings. An existing HubSpot customer, Aeris came to Kula Partners looking for a new website; one with an intuitive, responsive design, and a strong inbound focus that would attract new visitors, leads, and customers. In addition, Aeris felt their brand was in need of a facelift to better reflect their company ethos.
We completely redesigned both aeris.com and neo.aeris.com, and implemented VWO to gather insight on how visitors interact with these sites. Additionally, we implemented retargeting via Perfect Audience, and assisted with PPC campaign creation and management. Throughout it all, we provided extensive HubSpot training for their team. With this training, Aeris began setting up their own email marketing campaigns (with complex workflows), along with conversion offers and funnel opportunities.
We also created the Neo Cost Calculator—a unique tool that provides Aeris customers with the fastest and most convenient way to calculate the cost of their SIM cards and monthly connectivity to the Aeris network. This tool has helped Aeris increase their lead generation and has become a valuable tool for their customers. Since deploying in June of 2015, the Cost Calculator has been the first point of conversion for 588 new HubSpot contacts.
Kula Partners acts as an intermediary between the US and UK Aeris teams. Moving forward, we will continue to work closely with Aeris as they further expand their global operations.
