Based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Pure Orthodontics provides children, teens, and adults with happy, healthy smiles through the use of Damon clear braces, lingual braces, and Invisalign treatment. Pure Orthodontics came to Kula Partners with a half built website that would benefit from an inbound marketing strategy. They were interested in enhancing the existing functionality of their site, as well as expanding on their content to attract visitors and get more patients into their offices.
Our first step was to develop buyer personas to better inform their overall strategy, the integration of HubSpot and the inbound marketing methodology into their website. From here, we redesigned pureorthdontics.ca—transforming it into a functionality focused site that provides visitors with a wealth of resources.
One resource that has proven to be very popular is their Payment Calculator. Visitors can use this application to get a better idea of how much orthodontic treatment could cost, and are then encouraged to request a consultation with the team at Pure Orthodontics.
The content available on the pureorthdontics.ca site was also ramped up through blogging and downloadable offers. All of this content had to meet the strict guidelines of the Alberta Dental Association, while still engaging visitors to the site.
Since this work began, Pure Orthodontics has seen:
- A year-over-year increase in site traffic of over 25%
- Contact to customer conversion rates increase to to nearly 10%
Most recently, we developed an extensive guide to orthodontics for new patients. Titled The New Patient’s Guide to Treatment, this informative guide provides detailed information on what foods to eat and avoid during treatment, how to care for your orthodontics, and what to do in case of an emergency.
