MTS Sensors, a division of MTS Systems Corporation, is a global electronics manufacturer specializing in sensor systems for industrial, mobile hydraulics, and process technology fields. MTS Sensors engaged Kula Partners to migrate its content management system from Typo3 to DotNetNuke (DNN) in order to better align with the rest of its properties. As part of the engagement, we delivered a full-funnel diagnostic, including a site experience audit and a conversion and nurturing audit.
Kula used DNN Evoq CMS to create the website front end, which enables MTS Sensors to receive tech support through a subsidiary. Many of MTS Sensors’ technical customers are looking for PDFs of products and their uses. As part of the redesign, we improved page organization so that site visitors can find products and spec sheets quickly and intuitively.
Next, we helped them successfully migrate from IBM Watson to Pardot, including developing an automated lead scoring and nurturing system to help their sales team prioritize and more effectively nurture leads at scale.
