Smallfood

Smallfood Inc. is a microbial ingredient company based on the East Coast of Canada. Smallfood engaged Kula Partners to develop brand messaging to position them as a premium, sustainable ingredient supplier in an emerging plant-based protein marketplace and to develop an online presence that demonstrates the holistic benefits of their products.

The engagement included an archetype exercise to hone Smallfood’s brand voice. First, we analyzed competitor messaging to ensure Smallfood stands out from the pack. From there, we made an archetype recommendation and provided brand voice guidelines to help them be consistent with their messaging across all of their marketing and communications, from their website to their investor presentations.

Next, we helped Smallfood bring their brand to life online by launching their website, representing their first digital footprint. This enabled early sales conversions and was also key to leverage as a point of validation when engaging investors. Additionally, we provided marketing technology consulting and recommended adopting HubSpot for their CRM and marketing automation.

MTS Sensors, a division of MTS Systems Corporation, is a global electronics manufacturer specializing in sensor systems for industrial, mobile hydraulics, and process technology fields. MTS Sensors engaged Kula Partners to migrate its content management system from Typo3 to DotNetNuke (DNN) in order to better align with the rest of its properties. As part of the engagement, we delivered a full-funnel diagnostic, including a site experience audit and a conversion and nurturing audit.

EMCO is a leading HVAC distribution company representing Daikin heat pumps. We transformed the Daikin Atlantic website with a focus on dealer enablement and lead generation, including developing a robust dealer finder tool, an energy savings calculator, a dealer portal for managing branded Daikin assets, and a reporting dashboard where dealers can effectively manage leads while providing EMCO with complete visibility into the follow-up process.
