A tinkerer at heart, Wade’s career choices have always drawn him to roles where technical problem-solving was the focus. Joining Kula Partners in 2016 as a QA manager, he established formalized quality assurance processes leveraged in project planning, implementation and deployment. Working with members of the marketing, design and development teams, he has advocated for digital accessibility considerations in all stages of project planning and execution.
Since transitioning to his current role of Director of Operations in 2020, he has taken a more formal role in leading project planning and management efforts while continuing to oversee the firm’s QA practice.
In his off time, Wade enjoys spending time with his two daughters, camping in inconvenient places, cycling, and getting in over his head with home renovations.
