Programmer
- Creative at your core, you look for solutions where others see road blocks
- Experience in PHP and MySQL a must
- Know how to deploy and work within the Drupal framework and ability to develop custom WordPress sites
- Solid (X)HTML, CSS and especially Javascript
- Understand and advocate for web standards-based development
- Know how to deploy sites and work on LAMP stack servers
- Actionscript 2/3 experience a major bonus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project Manager
- Able to manage multiple projects and keep a mid sized crew organized
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to craft creative and compelling proposals
- Blogging experience a plus
- Experience working with numerous clients at any given time
